The crazy outfits are especially funny to me, because I get the sense that Jimmy actually *likes* dressing like a Batman villain. We saw back in Season 1 Episode 4, when he was getting a suit made to copy Howard, that he paused to longingly fondle a traffic cone orange dress shirt lol. Jimmy knows that other people judge him for dressing that way, but in his heart, I think it's what he actually likes lolol.
