A good way to add the stripes in my opinion is to edit the albedo/diffuse textures. You can use any image editing software, but I like to Material Maker because it makes seamless textures. This is my graph.
I then overlay the generated textures over the original Clo fabric texture using multiply or other blending mode, using image editing software.
