My favorite parts of Reloaded are where Dragnacarta takes the same themes, resonances, characters, and situations in the module and either ties them together or exaggerates them. Sure, there are sudden changes in the werewolf leadership of this monster-strewn valley - but what if the real reason the ambitious Kiril Stoyanovich pushed his way up the ladder was because he made a deal to become something even more terrifying? Something guaranteed to have every other creature in that part of Barovia toe the line?
I hope you enjoy the art and that it gives your players the willies.

Hi Nate, and thank you for being a part of this little journey. This is meant to represent the 2nd phase of “The Black Terror” - would you be satisfied with a slightly toned-down version of Kiril’s hybrid form for the first phase?

Your artwork is phenomenal, and I really appreciate what you're doing. Since most of the boss battles in COS Reloaded have multiple phases, have you ever thought about providing "alt" versions of your work to represent the 2nd phase? My players have begun to expect the 2nd phase mechanic, but I'd love to have a slightly nastier looking version to slam down to terrify them even more!
