Option 2 would be preferable to me but either would be enjoyable.

I think it’s a good idea to have a more comprehensive analysis of the series as a whole.

I think it would depend on how your writing process is progressing. If you feel like the material transitions smoothly between both parts, the information would be easier to absorb if they're both are covered in the same video. But it can be kind of intimidating to condense content into a shorter form than it deserves based on your thoughts. I mean that's why we all watch you, we love your insight. This wasn't much help, but I'm glad to provide my input lol

I prefer option 2 because I look forward to your videos, but if you think you'd be leaving things out by combining easter and recent vids, I'm in favor of separate videos.

I like option 2, especially if it doesn't require significant cuts to your coverage of either set of videos. I realize I'm just one person, and I can only speak for myself, but I'm quite content waiting longer for more/better content.

Option 2 BUT! What if the close reading is a 6.5 episode? Yes it's cheating but also who makes the rules and also are the rules fair etc.

+1 for option 2, although that is quite a lot of ground to cover in one video.

Either approach has its merits, but I think people do tend to fixate on the most recent two or three videos at any given time. I vote option 2, too; I'm interested in whether the series as a whole is tying together in an obscure way or if the evidence points to the creator(s) improvising their themes as they go.
