In no way does it follow any script or other-worldly agenda besides keeping in line with the pitch-black trail it hastily draws. Each letter it writes and each splodge it splatters holds the scribbler’s arcane knowledge, captured in ink and ready to be released in a sudden burst of unguided magic.

oh, I love the idea to have it in a flask. Maybe a small hole for fresh air in the plug?:)

This is extremely cute. And it fits my campaign really well. I am wondering, how would you contain the Scribbler without killing it? Would it work as a familiar or can you capture it in some kind of flask?
