Well, a big part of the fun with clients for me is to present my ideas/results, and therefore miro or milanote is a good tool.
Check out this video to see 3 days of work in a real-life client project and just get an idea on how a typical project could turn out.
Please keep in mind: You can also create less results on a typcial day especially as a beginner, so don´t stress yourself at all.
