From tests I've done in the past, when you access this type of data, it's basically unpacking the RS proxies to access this and it get incredibly slow. I feel like you need to find alternative methods to get data onto the points.

Is it possible for proxies to use the Cd attribute in their materials? For instance to create a gradient color from a falloff or to use a attribute from map to transfer color data

Oh, I just meant for the falloff (you can use a shape falloff or something like that).
