You need to get non-changing point numbers on your curves. By default because of the resampling after they're being drawn on, the ptnums change. I got around this by projecting a static line onto the changing one, kind of like point deforming it, then I used that for the rest of the setup.

Did u use sweep after soft transform? Coz if im using sweep before deforming curves they are awful and thin when stretching by mask

My question is related to this post you made, which I forgot to mention to you 😅 https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cqh_EAeugtq/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

Hi! Great tutorial!👏🏼I've also watched Jhon Kunz's tutorial, and I was wondering how you managed to maintain the falloff and apply curl noise to the threads without the noise changing in each frame. The issue arises when I apply the falloff in the system. I would appreciate it if you could help me with this! Thank you very much!!☺️☺️☺️

Hey Keni, you definitely can! I build my own simplistic version of the trigger falloff here: https://youtu.be/Y6jGjjC5YxA?t=222 (timestamped). Let me know if that works for you.

There's a way to follow this tutorial if i don´t have MOPS+? I can't use Trigger Falloff on the free ver of MOPS

Another vote for the series! It is nice to cover a topic in depth like this. Thanks for all the great tutorials so far!
