LIFE & DEATH COMPATIBILITY
Hey everyone! This release is focused on making sure the mod is fully compatible with the new Life & Death expansion pack, including all features working seamlessly in the Ravenwood region. This update is all about stability and smooth gameplay, so you can enjoy the mod to its fullest without any hiccups.
I also want you to know that I’m actively working on new features! After major patches, my top priority is always to ensure everything runs optimally, so new additions are slightly delayed while I focus on compatibility and performance. Thanks for your patience and support—exciting things are still on the way!
Venue List
To make sure this mod works you need to download the updated Basemental Drugs venue list provided in this post. I recommend installing this venue list in a separate folder directly in your Mods folder called: Basemental Venue List. I also recommend updating it whenever there is a new mod version out as I constantly add in new custom venue compatibility from other mod authors.
Choose one of these 2 installation methods. Not both.
Basemental Drugs Installer (WINDOWS ONLY)
Delete all the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder.*
Download this Basemental Drugs.exe file.
Run the Basemental Drugs.exe file.
Choose which Optional Packages you want included.
Delete your localthumbcache.package
* If you installed from the installer previously, you can delete the old files by launching the file called unins000.exe in your Basemental Drugs folder.
Basemental Drugs Zip (WINDOWS OR MAC)
Delete all the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder.
Download the Basemental Drugs zip file.
Unzip the Basemental Drugs zip file.
Place the files in a folder titled Basemental Drugs in your Mods folder.
Delete the Basemental Drugs zip file.
Delete your localthumbcache.package

Just wanted to say how much I enjoy your mods - don't really do the gangs (have enough of that outside my window-lol). How many strains of pot is there? As the avid pot-grower in my neighborhood, I am trying to add more varieties. Suggest: Thai stick, Acapulco Gold, Blueberry Kush, White Widow😁😁

Is there a reason why my sim teenager is getting a moodlet for somebody giving them a joint but when I open their inventory it's there for a few seconds before it disappears without being used.

Because old mod data is stored there. Whenever you make changes to your mods folder you should delete it to make sure the new mods you added, or the changes you made is working as intended

I dont know how to use discord and i was wondering if you could make new strains for the green. like some star wars themed names. i actually smoked some baby yoda and some death star strains irl and i would like to have my sims do the same also with dabs
