Don't do that!... I haven't had any problems with his mods...Plus he is currently updating the mod now, so just be patient. You don't have to have the mod or pay for it. Ya'll forget that these creators make these mods for extra enjoyment in YOUR games. they don't have to do it at all.

Hey there! Glad you like the mod! Unfortunately, there isn't a way to stop Roy D. Dillon from spawning in-game. He’s an integral part of the mod, so he’ll show up as usual. I understand that not everyone uses all NPCs, but there’s no built-in option to remove him. Hope that helps!
