It's about TIME he focuses on his temporal mastery. Soon he will be able to heal with time reversal. Accelerate his own movements and techniques by speeding up his time. Slow down his enemies and their techniques. He could probably even use time manipulation in crafting. That would be a great way to grow in his understanding by creating time related artifacts. It would also help develop his Law of Creation that he has been very veeeeery slowly working on. One simple method of creating a time based attack is to create a chaotic field where some spots are faster and some are slower. That would basically shred anything apart as the molecular movements become unsynchronized. Only divine items should be able to survive that. And once Tianyi turns spacetime into a Divine Law, nothing should be able to survive it. And of course there is the classic method of sending his memories back in time so that he knows the future. That can be a great advantage in a fight to know what your opponent will do next. I can't remember which story I read that used that mechanic.
