It's "metric time" - basically the year is divided into 100 units of 3.65 days each. I have a little mathematical formula I use to derive this number based on the actual date & time when the picture was signed. Got the idea (and the notation format) from a National Lampoon article back in the 1990s. Their system was absurd; my version actually works.

Ha! Sorry but your almost bare fur skin is no match for my all-seeing acknowledgment of the internet.
Not all commissions will be publicly posted. If they are Extra Naughty or possibly Embarrassing - or if the client asks me not to - then they'll be kept private. But this was of my own characters, and I went all-out, way beyond what I'd normally do for $40 because I wanted to show it off.
Avogadro seems to agree, to a certain extent.
