Looks like a typical day at the beach. There's always some lout wrecking sand castles.
The Egyptian chap with the wild beasts licking his hands is none other than your friendly neighborhood Nyarlathotep. His sand castle was destroyed by his arch-rival, the ancient Celtic/Gaelic god Nodens (known to his chums as "The Nut with the Silver Hand."
