Maybe it's always the same person? We never see the rest of him (or HER???)
If there was an easy way to filter who gets to request and who doesn't .. but I don't see a way other than me manually making a list and checking it twice.

I'd say still let those in the doodle club still see them, just not request them as they are fun stuff.
