The butt is partially stuffed now, and her panties are done. Next comes the legs, which will take a while but are not at all difficult.
I used some mattress topper memory foam here, because it is softer than the upholstery foam. That's why it is blue. When the thigh is ready to be stuffed, I will cram some more material into the buttock to fully fill it out. Not sure if you can see it, but I left an incision around the top of the stocking, which I will use later to insert stuffing and then stitch shut.

Not really. This material doesn't stretch much. However it can be rounder, and it will be when the thigh piece is in. Right now the rump can't be fully packed because there's nothing to hold the foam in. It would just spill out that large leg hole.
