Thanks! That's the plan, to stimulate all senses of the player to draw the emotions we want.

Popping up the sub area name sounds like a good idea, but it does depend on the size of the areas / how often that would happen. It might get distracting if it happens too often. Personally I am a fan of lots of sub areas each with their own name though as I think it adds depth to the world.
