Patreon feedback and proposed changes (please read)

I will be going through with these changes, please read and consider your new tier before the old tiers are deleted by the end of the next month.
If you would please find the time to read the following journal, that would be much appreciated.
I am considering some major changes to my Patreon, what I am proposing will be detailed below. I am hoping they are agreeable, however, I would appreciate any and all feedback as it affects the majority of my Patreon, and I would like them to be agreeable to everyone.
These changes will not go into effect for a while, as I would like to offer a fair warning and to receive any comments or critiques or changes you'd like as well. As such, don't be afraid to comment or direct message me. These are subject to change due to that (which I will update on).

Charges
I have wanted to change my charging method for a while. This will mean I will need to relaunch the page, so it is subject to pros and cons.
- Charges to be taken at the end of the month, as opposed to the beginning of the month.

Tier Changes
These have been considered based on the recent changes in my art, and the current global economic situations. I believe they are fair, but I would like feedback as they would affect everyone.
The revamped new tier ideas detailed below. This would replace the current system.

Tip Jar
($1)
This is a cheaper tier that exists for anyone considering support out of kindness, as opposed to for rewards.
- Access to all SFW artworks
- Access to all SFW art/sketch dumps
- Vote for all future sketch or illustration subjects
Sonic Tier
($3)
This tier is for exclusively Sonic & Sonic NSFW artwork. (As in you are not interested in the other arts)
- Access to all SFW artworks
- Access to all SFW art/sketch dumps
- Early Access to Sonic NSFW artworks
- Access to Sonic NSFW art/sketch dumps
- Get access to the monthly Sonic suggestion box
- Vote for all future sketch or illustration subjects
*Includes Furry art
Anime Tier
($3)
This tier is for exclusively Anime & Non-Sonic NSFW artwork. (As in you are not interested in the other arts)
- Access to all SFW artworks
- Access to all SFW art/sketch dumps
- Early Access to Anime/Non-Sonic NSFW artworks
- Access to Anime/Non-Sonic NSFW art/sketch dumps
- Get access to the monthly Anime/Non-Sonic suggestion box
- Vote for all future sketch or illustration subjects
"Want it all" Tier
($8)
This tier is for exclusively includes both Anime and Sonic artwork. (As in you are interested in the other arts) Along with a few exclusives
- Access to all SFW artworks
- Access to all SFW art/sketch dumps
- Early Access to Anime & Sonic NSFW artworks
- Access to Anime & Sonic NSFW art/sketch dumps
- Get access to the monthly Anime & Sonic suggestion box
- Get priority consideration on the suggestion boxes
- Vote for all future sketch or illustration subjects
- Get access to speed-paints of artwork
- Get access to raw .PSD/.CSP files for artwork
- Get access to live-streams of artwork*note*
*note* Live streaming is subject to ability, less frequent than speed-paints, and would require a trial period before implemented/considered adding as a benefit, due to how my set up is not ideal for streaming.

New Goals
Open a Store
Once a set amount ($500) has been reached I am hoping to create a store.
This will include merchandise such as acrylic charms, stickers, badges, prints, and printed comics.
At a later date when the store is open and running, I plan to include t-shirts as well.
Once this goal is reached, each current Patreon will receive one freebie from the store’s merchandise and receive future discount codes.
This will be opt-in and if unwanted by the Patreon, it can be changed to a different reward (such as a free sketch commission)

While that's a good hearted consideration, the pros do not outweigh the cons. I'm not sure if its obvious, but when you charge at the end of a month, your new patrons still have access to all your content regardless if they were charged or not. While this is nice as a "trial period" kind of scenario, Patreon doesn't really do a good job of differentiating those pledges and tiers. That being new/unpaid to returning/paid. It would be incredibly micro manage-y for you, especially if you're trying to evolve your patreon and tiers, to keep track of those. It can also be incredibly demoralizing to see new patrons leave just before the charge period. This is one of the situations where I say creators need to make sure they keep themselves protected. If people really want to support you, the upfront charge barrier is almost never a concern from my experience.
No confusing at all! I guess I believed it might be more fair in the patreons?

Youre currently doing upfront charging right? If so, why do you want to change from this? It sounds like a major headache to relaunch your page only to have a sub system thats not guaranteed to pay you. Especially if youre wanting to expand towards merch. If im confusing something here let me know. But charging upfront is in every way better for the creator.
Yes, the prises will overall drop to these proposed ones with these tiers as opposed to the (admittedly) rather jumbled original plan which doesn’t fit with the current artworks I make. The only changes would be future speed paint videos and art/sketch dumps, as indicated. I am hoping the transition won’t need resubscribes, but if I change the charging date I need to un-launch my page and re-launch it (the cons), which would essentially reboot the whole thing and require a resubscribe. Which would be a con, so that option depends on people’s preferences with the pros (end of month payment) and cons (resubscribing). I’ve wrestled with the idea of a discord, as I don’t use discord much myself and am an ultimate n00b to it, I have considered it being a future goal based on patreon numbers.
I currently pay the $10 tier does that mean that ill be saving 2 bucks a month now and will pretty much be keeping my access without worry? I assume it will be staying the same but am also curious if i will be required to resubscribe for the new payment option. I like the new tier system and the rewards are fair i suppose, will there be a discord sever in the future for fans to mingle and talk with you when you have time?
