my wife and I were moving into our new house a couple weeks ago and we got mcdonalds for late dinner at like 10pm cause it's right across the street and we didn't want to do anything, got my usual two spicy mcchickens and fries and within like 30 minutes I was on the bathroom floor puking and covered in sweat, so take mr nichols mcchicken rec with a grain of salt. only other time that's happened was because I ate a sheetz meatball sub at like midnight but that one was admittedly 100% on me.
