Halloween Reading: Submission Guidelines

I will be recording a Halloween reading of your spooky stories for 22/10/2020 (that's 10/22/2020 to my American friends).
Deadline for submission: 15/10/2020 (10/15/2020)
Format to be supplied: Word doc, PDF, or email body
Deliverables: One original spooky/horror story written by you; your name to be credited; any external links you would like in the description.
Word Limit: 1,000
How to submit: Please email short stories to info.jimchi@gmail.com
Your story can be set whenever and wherever you want, and can be about anything - as long as it's spooky! As you're familiar with my channel, you'll know that I don't mind blood and guts - or even swearing! Have fun, get creative. I'll choose my favourites and record them on the 15th, so if you want to have your story read by me, get writing guys! 😍

So I'm running into the problem that I have always written my short stories at around 5,000+ words and I apparently don't know how to not monologue...I may be sitting this party out lol
