Hi, I ordered a few drill bits from china but micro milling cutters and grinders I have original from Proxxon. German steel is better and more durable. The Proxxon micromot 50e has minimal RPM 5000, so yes, I use the minimum RPM most of the time.

Do you have a preferred brand for grinder attachments and bits for use with the Micromot? And do you work at the lowest speed?
