I have a not-so-short teaser for you today.
The bad news is that the writing on the chapter still isn't done. The good news is that at the pace things are going, the final update will likely be over 40K words...I will leave you to decide if it is a good or a bad thing.
The Legion of Doom still recruits, by the way.
Excellent rewards, you will end up a millionaire and all your mortal desires will be fulfilled.
Of course, you have to survive first...and we don't provide insurance if you are carved apart by mad penguins.
But don't panic! Perseus Jackson is perfectly in control of the situation...in hindsight, a Titan tells me it is not reassuring at all...

Don't worry, Olympus has a lot of wealth...and if Apollo and Artemis survive, their personal funds are going to be 'contributing' to the whole endeavour, it is out of the question they don't pay when it is after all their recklessness which was at the origin of this crisis...

It was tradition, in fact (in practise, when Kronos was King of Titans, no one in his right mind would 'forget' to invite him, the punishment would be legendary if you attempted to do so), not a right. And the thing with traditions...is that they aren't law, and thus can be ignored. I must admit that forcing Echidna and Zeus to sit together would be a very funny thing, yes...lol.

Is zeus's role as the 'king of titans' presiding over these games over? Surely it would be the king's right to watch over the games live. And perhaps be allowed some minor interference as well. Would kronos really hand over all control of the games to someone else? I really want Echidna and Zeus to be forced to sit together for the entire duration of the games. I'm sure Perseus would approve, since one would likely kill the other by the end.
