I think the best course of action would be to release information for streams on patreon and show us new episodes one day early. If there is a need for rewards to capture some extra donations you could do other things that aren't so pirateable: shirts, artwork, etc. I'm not actually sure if either of you are graphic artists, but something along those lines would be nice for those people that need that "extra something".

I won't say I pledged to get them two weeks early; I pledged because I wanted them quicker, if that makes sense. If you guys could devote more time to doing SWE abridged, then that means it wouldn't take six months, eight months, etc.. to produce an episode. That's why I personally did it.

Perks are just, well, perks; They're nice to have as a "Thank You for Your Support" from the creators, but they don't make or break my donation. IMO, maybe 2 weeks is a little excesive. Maybe do something like the Hunger Games is doing, and do like a "Pre-screening" 24 hours before you actually release it for us. That way, it gives you the ability to at least give soemthing to the people who donate, while at the same time give the rest of your subscribers what they want in 24 hours. I'm sure people can wait that long... after all, it's only one day.

It's not often i enjoy the abridged series of a show more than the original, but your series destroys the original SAO in my opinion. I'd still donate to the Kirito is Always Right Foundation if the 2-weeks-early perk no longer existed because you guys just produce high quality content. I actually support giving equal access to episodes because it's no skin off my back if more people get to see your awesome content the same time as me! I think that it's very apparent that the vast majority of us (if not all?) are supporting you because of your own merit, not just because we get the videos on time. I know you'll make the right decision for yourselves, but hopefully seeing all of us vocally announce that we support YOU for YOU will make that decision a bit easier. :)

Back then was about half year between episodes, and even then I wanted to donate. Two weeks means nothing and I thought early access - bad idea from beginning. Cause it's not early access for ones who pay, it's later access for ones who not.

Personnally while I originally started donating for the perk offered, I'd actually be really happy to keep supporting you if that perk went away. However if it was me running this, if I were to remove the 2-week early access page, I'd think of some other perks to offer at the lowest tier, maybe something like audio outtakes or even exclusive shorts (Less than a minute) around SAO Abridged.

To be honest, the early access convinced me to support you on Patreon. I, however, will not stop supporting you just because you cancel that option. The thing is, I love your abridged series so much I'd rather spend a dollar a month than to wait for two weeks. However, temporarily the early access is sort of a reward for the people who support you and that is really nice. But for me, the real reward is seeing the episode finished and I honestly don't care if this is Patreon only or public access from the beginning. But in your own interest I'd reconsider it, because I think less people, especially new fans to the series, will even consider to support you or learn of the possibility. I personally wouldn't have found this supportive plattform if it hadn't been for the people telling me, the episodes can be watched early here. But do it as you want to, as long as the quality maintains so persistent, you will always have my support :)

First I want to say, the video has been removed by the user apparently. Either it got taken off or he saw that it was actually harming both fans and the creators in a way. If that's the case then I respect him for stopping it. Also I really like the benefit of seeing the episodes earlier and think it's like 50% why I pledged. And for the hug and script and stuff as well. And the other 50% to support you guys and help you work on it without having to do a job you don't like along with it (In yamato's case). Which in return makes the episodes finish a bit faster while keeping the same, if not better quality. Thus in a way benefiting everyone. But I personally wouldn't stop pledging if it got taken away. But maybe I wouldn't have been drawn to check the patreon out initially. I think like some others said too. Most of your supporters would stay. But I think you'll miss out on some future new supporters maybe.
