We set out to pay his cancer treatment bills, and ended up making enough to do that, wipe his credit card debt, move him and his sister back home to Utah, and still have a lil bit of a safety net while they look for jobs.

As for #IzzysHardDriveGate, we got it back last week. The computer is now in working order, but all of the files were corrupted.
Luckily the place that restored the data kept a backup in case of incidents like this. We took in an external hard drive on Thursday, they called us on Friday to say that it was ready. Ya know, the same time we were streaming for 24 hours. Figured we'd grab it on Monday, as they're closed on weekends. Then goddamn Canada Day happened, like outta no where, with zero warning. Since when is there a Canada?!
Anyhoo, all this means we'll be grabbing it tomorry and we can hopefully bring this GODDAMN SAGA OF BULLSHIT TO A CLOSE before we fly out to LA on Wednesday.
Ya ever wonder where stuff gets it's name? Like Cleveland Steamer or Hoboken Squat Cobbler. Did someone in Cleveland invent it? Was the guy called Cleveland? If so, was the Squat Cobbler guy named Hoboken? Who would name their kid Hoboken? Sounds like a move in Street Fighter.
