Hey Payton, I just wanted to say as someone who struggles with severe anxiety, you are not alone in this. I know first hand how hard it is. It’s like a roller coaster. There are days where you are going up and there are days when you are heading down. Sometimes it feels like you will never go back up but I promise you will! I’m sorry you’ve been having a rough time and I hope you are starting to feel better! You guys and your podcast have been a tremendous help for me when I struggle. You bring me joy and a welcome distraction from it all! I and the rest of this wonderful fan base are always here for you ❤️ mental health struggles suck but we are in this together girl!
I just want to say I look so forward to these episodes. I am a big introvert so watching them is just so exciting, just seeing you guys react and talk about it is so entertaining.
