As someone who has dealt with a fair share of mental health struggles, I hope you don’t feel pressured to post if you need time to recover❤️ life is hard sometimes! Rest! We will take whatever you give us— even if it has to be nothing!
I don’t think the timing could be anymore “perfect” to touch on your own mental health and to be transparent about that with your listeners. I’m currently struggling with my own and in fact you guys do help positively distract me for an hour when I listen to you. So thank you for that, thank you for being honest about yourself even though it’s tough, especially towards strangers (strangey dangey). We all struggle but having any sort of support is the best for everyone and anyone. Be kind and gentle to yourself, take care of you and the rest will follow through. Here’s to brighter days ahead! Love you guys!! 🖤
My heart is full when I listen to y’all. I’ve been having more bad days than good lately and your comment about feeling relieve through the show really touched me. I had to pause because I felt goosebumps. I can totally relate to you about battling with mental health and I love that you use your platform to spread love to others and reminding people we are not alone in this.
