I think a lot of functional objects don´t get too much attention from content creations, like the gemology table, game table, dj boot, waiter station, etc. I´m always looking for remakes of those kind of objects cause we use them a lot and lots and homes end up looking too much alike.

Let him make functional objects with animations. First, let him rework the kitchen and make the cabinets open like in The Sims 2. the knives were taken out. and could be stored in them. further, so that on the kitchen set you could sit and drink coffee or talk on the phone, or both. and so that the animations are alive. !! like we have. swing your legs or leave one leg suspended. then hoods with additional light. and thirdly, technology.
