Could have just made part of the next chapter part of this one. This one felt very light. Not a complaint, but an observation. This one felt like half the size of a usual chapter I didn't even have to flick my thumb across the screen more than once too to bottom. Usually it's like 3 or 4 flicks.. or maybe it's just in my head and this was only a little shorter.

I love the Amelia chose! She is very level headed and strategic. Opposite of Derek or Jace! I wish Edgar knew that the beasts would get stronger so he could stay with Vanessa tho 🥲

Ha! Just straight up told blue boy to F off. 😂😜😂😈. I gotta say I really like this twist of bringing Amelia. Much better than spoiled annoying queen of “I am Queen”. And I love that Silvie gored the assassin lady and it wasn’t really even mentioned as a big thing, just an “oh,, she’s over there now” lol! 😸 so perfect!

Also, did you decide if Derek can only bring 10 people ever or that he can only safely bring 10 people to Origin city? Could he bring more and the others make their own way into the city sometime after arriving in the system?

Glad you added Amelia she’s one of my favorite of the secondary characters. Honestly I like her more than just about any of them and that’s even with how little time she’s been in the books.
