CoreProtect v20 - Development Build 2

This build includes multi-language support with automatic online translation. Over 100 different languages are supported, and a full list of language codes can be found at https://coreprotect.net/languages
This release supports CB/Spigot/Paper 1.14 - 1.17.

Changelog (since v20.0-dev1):
- Added multi-language support with online translation (enable in config.yml).
- Changed timestamp method in API to return time in milliseconds.
- Fixed "/co help reload" not returning any help information.
- Fixed cached data not being cleared out after performing a rollback/restore.
Additional functionality will be present in the next development build (including custom phrase support).
