DarkerNights v1.1

Although this is still an early build, the base plugin is fully functional and suitable for production use.
This build supports Spigot 1.16, and has no dependency requirements.

Changelog (since v1.0):
- Added immediate processing for light packets that are being re-sent to players (to handle lighting edge cases)
- Removed reliance on chunk packet sending (now only utilizes light packets).
- Improved performance of standard packet handling.
- Fixed chunks modified by other plugins not properly updating lighting.
- Fixed light processing issues with nether/end worlds.
- Fixed dependency conflict.
What does the plugin do?
As you can guess from the name, DarkerNights makes nights darker! Development of this plugin was inspired by older versions of Minecraft, which had much darker (and spookier) nights.
This is perfect for your servers halloween event, or just for adding more atmosphere year round!
