I’ve never really heard the song up close before but I absolutely agree with it kind of sounding like the bass was blown out. It’s a little uncomfortable to listen to that sound bc I just reminds me of when my AirPods were going bad and they were overly sensitive to bass. Lmao. But I agree! It seems like they intentionally did it, but I could’ve done without that sound.

Low-key have no idea what Jesse was talking about on the drums. I guess he means the bass hit every few stanzas that has a bit of extra reverb or echo on it. But it really never stood out to me.
