With replacement belt ( needs to be slightly longer than stock length ) I was able to get the full Y printable surface back all 235mm front edge to back edge.
Use the 10mm longer model for that.
Not sure if it works with wheels as is, but can adapt it, feel free to test it and let me know.
I was just made aware that ender3pro doesn't have M5 threaded holes ( 3v2 does ) so going to try and accommodate one for 3pro without needing to tap the holes.

Rev 3+ has ender3pro support, labeled until I test it or someone else test it first. ( the vertical print model should print better )
rev3.2 has a hybrid model that would work on both e3pro and e3v2

Rev4 has full ender3pro support with 12mm teethed pulley (raised sled position so that the belt doesn't scrape the aluminum extrusion.)
Previous model was only for F695 bearing which is 13mm and smooth now with a model compatible with 12mm teethed pulley
Since the hybrid/ender3pro model looks kinda nice, I made a front screw mount only based on that same design, so you have more options.

Based on stock ender3v2 tensioner (but would work on ender3pro as well)
Two model, one similar to stock, and one that is 10mm longer which with linear rail setup could theoretically give you 10mm back of printable surface. if that works could even be extended more to get full Y print surface back. (STEP included in zip if you want to play with it)
If you have an ender3v2 you can reuse the inner sliding part. or print a fresh one.
The long screw (see render below) in the sled that stick out the back should likely be M4x20~M4x30, but double check. it's supposed to be secured tight into that piece. So it's hard to install it as I have really tight tolerance on purpose.
Use a M4 nut on the other side to help secure the screw, avoid using the ball side of a hex tool as the force applied could likely break it here.
You might even consider super glue. Possible thing would be a screw with a hex shaped head, I don't have one so no reference size wise. But the round head worked for me I installed it and things are tight.
rev 2 has more sled options:
- M4 with hex head for the long screw (thanks to GxG), I then made screw in plastic and heat insert variation
- wheel with M4 hex nut

Any chance to get this for Ender 3 with thinner frame? Or its better to buy frame section from Ender 3v2 ? Any more advantages to use Ender 3v2 frame? BEcause I finally decided to convert old Ender 3 to ultimate machine with your parts ... My Ender 3v2 will be simultaneously printing these parts :) Thx for info.
