I personally think that FMAB should be the next show but considering the way Kenny and Montana like to make guesses and try to solve mysteries and figure stuff out id say they would both REALLY enjoy Deathnote. Not saying demon slayer is bad but in my opinion compared to the other two it really has nothing to offer.

Don't listen to what other people think you should watch. All 3 series are fantastic and they're all hits so people will watch. Watch the first 2 episodes of all 3 and choose which one you want to watch first (because they're all fantastic and you will want to watch all of them). 2 episodes are all you need to get the basics of the themes there. You want a detective story with people using their brains to solve stuff, and you want to think about what's actual justice? Go for Death Note. You want a heart warming story about the best boy in the universe trying to help his beloved sister, you like some cool fights and will enjoy the best visuals possible? Demon Slayer's your pick. Maybe you want a sweet/bitter combo, a story of two brothers trying to repair a mistake they made as children all while saving the world and you want more cool fights? FMA:B. Also FMA and Demon Slayer will make you cry at times while Death Note will make you hold your breaths for long periods of time.

I I am sure they could have done something for Annie father they could have easily extranted him once they crossed the sea. Ithere are plenty of other options other than killing thousands of people inside paradise. It's not like Marley was Tracking them geographically or reading their text messages. @Graffite Turtle I don't care about her past infact i actually empathized with up until she said and I quote "If i had to do it all over, I would do it again" again your just summerizing the episode which I already know. What I am saying is she spent four years in that crystal yet out of all that time she didn'tr once think "You know what? Maybe I don't have to kill these people. Perhaps if I worked with them we could easily go across the sea and get my father out of libero and he could live freely inside paradise"

Well yeah, she was literally trained to kill. Her father drilled that whole identity into her from the moment she was born. Complete detachment. So obviously Annie wouldn’t have an issue killing people like Levi’s Squad, who she never even knew. Other people having fathers doesn’t affect her actions (especially as a Titan) because she has her own that she wants to get back to and she can’t if she lets people stop her. That doesn’t make her completely heartless though, she spared Armin’s life twice and that basically screwed up everything for her. She didn’t want to kill Marco either, because she did end up bonding with the 104th despite her best efforts. Also, since I see the yo-yo thing brought up a lot, I think it should be noted that Annie most likely did that to scare off other soldiers. She immediately tossed it away after the others ran. It’s not like she did it for fun, that wouldn’t line up with any part of her character that we’ve seen.

She is literally just a slave with zero choice in what she does. If she refused to do her warrior duties she would have just been fed to the next warrior candidate and her dad would be shipped off to paradise. And since she loves her dad and didn't want that to happen, she carried on and did what she, unfortunately, had to do. What else could she have done differently?

"Death Note" That is my vote. Commentary on Episode: I think this episode Solidified my personal disgust with annie.Hearing her conversation with Hitch were hitch is basically the defacto audience. She is teling us that out of four years of doing nothing in that crystal she couldn't think of a better way? That if given the chacne again she do it all over again. Yeah I am done with her character at this point. She didn't learn anything from listening to their stories and there are other people who had fathers to get back too as well. Remember Petra Ral? The Women who she stomped into the ground on the tree? Or Perhaps the Soilder she was playing "Yo,Yo" With. Yeah Annie can go to hell as far as I am concerned.

I think an important thing to appreciate about Floch is his arc, however. (This is spoiler-free as of this point in this episode btw) First, he was the sole survivor of a suicide charge where all the recruits (which were people he grew up with training) were shredded to bits and was the only survivor. He then had to find some way to justify WHY he was the only survivor and he realized he had to support the “devil” to bring change so his life wouldn’t be meaningless and his friends weren’t just the “fodder” they ended up being. Erwin was rejected by Levi and as such, Floch grew disillusioned with the military and grew attached to Eren as his devil. He’s very much shaped by his trauma. Which is clear as every time he’s on screen post time skip he is talking about how he and his friends have suffered. He wants revenge and pain inflicted on those who hurt him and killed the ones he loved. He also shows very clear admiration towards those who fight and do well for his cause, especially towards Jean, who he talks to like a friend, even if Jean isn’t that fond of him. Don’t get me wrong, Floch’s evil, and nothing he does should be supported in any way. But he’s not just a run of the mill “I’m evil because the plot wants me to be evil”. He has genuine ideologies and is super interesting. Which is why a lot of people love Floch and call him “King Floch”. He’s just a well written and well voiced villain.

Feel like Floch isn't getting the same leeway we give alot of other characters for the situation hea in. Also think he's transfered the "devil we need" mindset he had of erwin to Eren. Also DEATHNOTE, it's shorter so not a huge commitment and would love to see Montana Psych evaluations on it
