19 days and they still haven't unlocked the next episode. do know why they are waiting so long. i want to watch the full ones but dont think the speed at which they come out is cost effective. would save a lot of money if i cancel wait a year or so then come back.

Loved the reactions on youtube, figured I wanted to watch them quicker so got on here. 18 euro tier said you'd get to watch videos "in advance" "about 24 hours". Episode 5 was 16 days ago as we speak, and its 18 euro tier. I hope this is an oversight, becuase if its not, this kind of thing will make sure patreon will be gone as a source of full episode reactions by lawsuits real quick.

I belive you're most of the way there, but He still needed someone to cover for the initial events in Episode 1 and 2, so he put Vi in prison as the undercity fall guy (now that Vander is unavailable) in order to keep Piltover satiated for the time being.

I think that when Marcus dragged Vi off in ep 3, he really was trying to save her. After seeing Grayson die, he had remorse over dealing with Silco, and I think he wanted to make amends. But, Vi is still undercity trash, and doesn't belong in Piltover, so he just put her in a hole where the trash belongs. Also: Vi. V=5 I=1 Vi=6. Prisoner number 516.

I feel like people don't give Jayce credit enough in the Progress Day speech. They've worked together for years, and Jayce DID say Viktor should be there with him, and Viktor said no. I don't think the limelight is what interests Viktor at all - he's the sort who would see publicity as an unwelcome distraction.

The writer for this episode, Amanda Overton, said she based Caitlyn and Jayces relationship off her own relationship with her brother. So they’re completely platonic.

Also in case, you didn't know Jinx is voiced by an actress named Ella Purnell she was in Kick-Ass 2, Miss Peregrine's House for Peculiar Children, Maleficent, etc. And Vi is voiced by Hailee Steinfield.

Considering youve already seen episode 5 it's probably a bit more obvious now but that was not Vi but it was someone with similar features to Vi the main thing about this is that Jinx previously called Powder suffers from some mental health issues and she was sort of hallucinating that person as Vi.

you probably clocked this already since you’ve seen episode five, but caitlyn and jayce aren’t really a thing. it’s more obvious in act one but caitlyn’s quite a bit younger, if anything they have more of a brother/sister relationship

I think one of the really interesting things about the animation here (and possibly contributing to uncanny valley for Montana) is that they don't just animate expressions, they do microexpressions. It's very human-like, while most animated movies go for broader stroke expressions.

So you think one of the main protagonists of the show is a child groomer? I mean I get that none of the characters are meant to be viewed as all good or all bad, but if he was supposed to be a pedo they certainly gave him a very favorable portrayal.

I feel like everyone who brings up the age difference forgets exactly how any men in power absolutely groom younger women and date them later. It's definitely not unheard of and if Jayce wasn't already fairly powerful in the right circles, he would definitely have liked to marry into that family. I am convinced he has vague romantic interest in Cait but Cait has none.

Nobody can convince me that Jayce does not want them to be a thing but Cait is super uninterested.

The thing to note here is that Vi's intention didn't end up mattering in the end. Powder saw (correctly) as Vi leaving and not coming back aka abandoning her for years and the trauma she has from that had informed her development, on top of the guilt of killing the rest of her found family.

I mean, he doesn’t have to be shipped with anybody, but definitely not Caitlyn for multiple reasons. For one thing, the fact that she was a kid and he was an adult when they met is a big no. And also I’m pretty sure she’s a lesbian, not bi or pan or anything.

The device used on Silco's eye pierces it to let some of the poison that got in when he was held in mucky waters out. He has to let it bleed out so it doesn't build up too much. That's why his eye looks weird compared to the other one

Don't worry. Silco and Jinx's relationship isn't remotely romantic in any way. Jinx is just very clingy by nature and she's developed some major abandonment issues due to her past trauma.

Thank you so much for the massive drop of episodes Kenny, we really appreciate it 😭 especially cuz this show is so good and we just want to watch it over and over again lmao Also, very few people actually notice first watch that the girl Jinx shot on the airship was just someone that LOOKED like a young Vi. Her face did briefly appear, but that was to show how it triggered Jinx. The face does change back to the girl immediately after, but unless you’re paying close attention it can be easily missed.

And I get that ideally Vi would’ve said she needed some space or whatever, but I’m also someone who needs to be alone to calm down from intense emotions, and a lot of times I’m too overwhelmed to form words. And I’ve never even been close to being in a situation as painful as the one Vi was in. Of course Powder didn’t know any of that so I can’t blame her for feeling abandoned. But we the audience know better.

It’s so wild to me that almost every reactor thinks Jayce and Caitlyn were flirting in this episode. I’ve always gotten brother/sister vibes from them. Plus he was 24 in Act 1 and she was a teenager.
