Scary thought of being trampled like that. You won't be able to weave between them given the steam they give off will completely melt you. They also have to numbers to stretch and flatten every inch of a continent.

They ran into production trouble and just couldn’t finish all of it with the quality they want in time.

I get that it can be frustrating, but I look at it like this. Mappa is doing everything they can to give us the best quality product they can (while also balancing other projects they're working on). Despite this last bit being split into two parts due to the studio's schedule, I an assure you as a Manga reader that these last two bits are the end.

Not two cours. Two parts. The first part will be an hour. The studio has yet to announce what the duration of part two will be, but I'm guessing it'll be another single release. I don't read the manga, and I don't watch trailers, so I don't know what to expect, but hopefully, this final final final product will be just the right length.

They're saying it's going to be two cours, but there's going to have to be a heck of a lot of filler to make that fit - a cour is typically twelve or thirteen episodes and from what I've been told there are only like four chapters of the manga that haven't been adapted yet.

There have been students who entered highschool when the final season began and now graduating when the final 5th part will air. 3-4 years to drag a final season is what's probably the most frustrating

Part 3 is going to be split into hour long specials so its not like a bunch of episodes for each half

In case you guys weren't aware, this part is going to be a single episode that is an hour in length. I'm hoping they can release the dub very close to the sub release!

I am so excited for part 3 to come out, and frustrated that they are splitting it again. I had thought part 2 was going to be the end until a week after the last episode when they didn't release another. I had to look it up to realize they were splitting into another part, and now they are splitting it again? I am really excited to watch it though. I have been avoiding spoilers on the ending from my friend who has read the manga.
