Yes, on this particular model the temperature can be adjusted as long as the propane attachment is being used. In order to make authentic Italian or N.Y. Pizza you need a temp of 700-900 degrees which is what makes the perfect crust; it's all in the crust, LOL. God bless...
I'm with you on the soy don't want it or like it...as for color to me you only use color to hide something if rather see it purple grey or blue but at least its natural. Nice pizza oven As usual great video!!!!
Anxious to see the pizza oven in action! Looks awesome. What I don't understand is why pizza should be cooked at 900 degrees? Obviously I am not a pizza maker lol. Can the temperature be adjusted for say grilled sandwiches?
