Well I think we have much more productive land than we think; in the U.S. I think about 60% or more of the land is very fertile but restricted to the public; also we are just not as self reliant as we use to be.

I'm totally with your being out of the stock market. Also agree on inflation is theft. I'm prepping like mad. BUT ... what about the fact that we have 7.5BN PEOPLE in the world. The world population as 2BN in 1927. Supply and demand? Supply of rice, of arable land, of water ... AND big AGRA?
