The average weight was around 9 oz. They came out very nice and tender; I actually only ate half of one and was then full. I don't think my digestive system can handle too much red meat anymore; must be getting old, lol.
Those steaks look like they have some good marbling. Were they nice and tender? I calculated that at $98.00 would be $4.08 each. What is the average weight per steak? Maybe around 8-10 oz? Just wondering. Art in CA
Cut the fat into smaller pieces and then render it down. Add a little water. Then strain out the bits and store in frig. Has a high heat so great for frying potatoes. Also add to vinegar or wine for a Delicious salad dressing. I
