I'm rather shocked you even reply to these people. I was raised in a works-oriented denomination, which I gladly left for the Gospel in 2015. You can make the scriptures say anything you want when telling others what to do. Paul states "Through the hypocrisy of liars with branded consciences. They forbid marriage and require abstinence from foods that God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected when received with thanksgiving," 1 Timothy 4:2-4
