My opinion is they were stalling so that they could scoop up all the provisions for themselves.....SHAME
I remember that show Doomsday Preppers, I always watched it. I also remember how many people scoffed and made fun of that show, calling we who prepped "Chicken Littles" and looney toon paranoids! I hope the CoVid2019 doesn't spread like wildfire here in the US, but if it does, thousands will be calling on the government for aid and there will be little to give other than going off to the fema camps.
