I've got another set of comments on here but wanted to add that PACKFRESHUSA has a disrupted supply chain process. I've ordered about 250x5 gal sets. The service is great, great reviews online, but their out. This will all come back but until then, try FOODSAVER BAGS (from rolls). Rice won't poke through but rice is fine in a food grade bucket, nothing more (says me). For beans? Gal ziplocs inside food saver bags. Nothing else? Put direct in food grade buckets and keep covered in cool place. The crazy people can go back to watching ESPN and we can go back to serious prepping. https://packfreshusa.com/shop/oxygen-absorbers/2000cc/

Thanks Cheryl! We don't eat a lot of bread, (but...biscuits!!!!) however I did pick up 50lbs of flour, and I have been rotating through flour I put away in 2015!
