there are a LOT of things I buy because they come in excellent reusable containers.
As a career nurse, I can tell you that honey is NOT something to give in any quantity to babies under a year old. And then, give sparingly after.
No you can't feed ANY honey to babies under a year old because of how their digestive system works - it lacks a certain enzyme
