Alaska Prepper
These are some of the sauces I use not how much I have.

You have a good channel but you frequently focus on the convenient instead of self-reliance. Why not save money. BUY BULK! I did ... Bought 60 pounds of spices: Cumin, Turmeric, Cayenne, Oregano, Black Pepper from Us Farmers - Spices Wholesaler - https://us-farmers.com/?gclid=CjwKCAjwq832BRA5EiwACvCWseJmOkpNsNZpYcwzosr36HuWyeKGdPw1hgq7iskX7oXWfKA0sZ61dhoCfdYQAvD_BwE
I'd love to post a picture on FB, but I have many many containers of seasonings. I agree; I don't generally put steak sauce on a nice steak, but it's great on venison.
I have a few 5 gallon buckets full of containers of different spices and herbs. Changing flavors often is paramount to not getting tired of staples such as pasta, rice, and potatoes. I even have "odd" things like Epazote', and have the dried version in shrink bags from my food saver. But also, I have plenty of seed to regrow things I may run out of. Black pepper comes from the middle east for the most part. I bought a substantial quantity of whole pepper corns and several grinders. (They do wear out eventually) Black pepper could become VERY expensive as the shipping of things from areas like that, may suddenly be disrupted. I have many many quart canning jars full of peppercorns, bought before the price goes through the roof.
