Nice price on the beef. I don't eat a lot of meat but since I am keto now, to get to a healthy weight, I am sourcing my beef from a local grass-fed family owned farm. Not cheap, but I am picking up 1/2 a steer from their ranch this Saturday. You can get cheaper eggs here (CALIFORNIA) but they don't really taste very good. I spend a lot on good eggs because that is my main breakfast food...working on getting laying hens. Then I can know exactly where my breakfast is coming from. :-) I like oatmeal too but don't eat a lot because I am working on my healthy weight with a modified keto diet.
Butter is 1.99 a pound right now, so LOTS of Ghee being made while I babysit the canner.
