Companies with greater than 500 employees, on a consolidated basis (related companies added together) were NOT supposed to be eligible for these PPP funds, but wow, loopholes abounded. It was a mess. Planned Parenthood, an organization that have significantly more than 500 employees, received millions in funds. I am a CPA so I had my finger on the pulse of this mess.
