It should be ok. But, at any rate, if you had chickens, you could make them into cooked pancakes and feed it to the chickens. It should be ok!

That's the equivalent of a swollen can and should be tossed according to "guidelines". Saying that, I have used biscuit mix that did the same and it was fine.
