I doubt Rex would hurt Isa even with a skewed moral compass. He already cares about her and he is getting those forward memory flashes/echoes of her. I'm dying to find out what those are.

So far Isa is the only person that actual treats him like a friend. So no he would never intentionally hurt her buuuut his moral compass when it comes violence is a little skewed. :/
