That's interesting. It's like the ultimate break-up song, in which the irony is is that there are no winners, really, just 2 parties in pain. Just today I was reminded of an old song from the 70's (been listening to a lot of them lately because Gordon Lightfoot just died) called Vincent (Starry, Starry Night), by Don McLean. If you don't know, it's a tribute to Vincent Van Gogh, and apparently Don recorded it in one take. His rendition is beautiful, but a really gorgeous rendition is sung by Voce 8. Give both a try some time, but don't forget to have tissues handy. 🤧🥹
