Sneak Peek of Video Art (And question for you guys!)

For part of it I continued my many years long Deviantart improvement meme haha. But I also just wanted to ask you guys, have you ever felt like your art was regressing? Do you guys have fears of 'getting worse?' And how has that affected your experience as an artist? I super appreciate anything you guys have to say on the matter <3

the only times i fear art regression are when i go through periods of not drawing for weeks or months (carpal tunnel, lack of motivation, etc etc) because when i come back to it its super hard to start because im so out of practice that i feel so much worse than i was before. i feel like its a feeling to push past though, because i always end up improving when i do get past that being out of practice :)

I had that fear going in and out my skull a few times, but i never felt i made much progress to begin with and nowdays i usually use a refrence and it makes it harder to tell
