I've been looking forward to this one. I visited MD and VA in March. I love Virginia. Little nitpick: I think you had a quick clip of the New River Gorge Bridge as a sample of Virginia. NRG Bridge is in WV.

Upper and Lower Peninsulas of Michigan Compared would actually be a more original idea to do than comparing them to another state. Maybe still compare them to Ohio, but the former will turn a lot of heads as much as Louisiana and Maine Compared did versus the latter. It would be just focusing on one instead, Michigan, and the differences between each half of the state. It's a new and fun idea.

I agree with you about the governor's term. Still, it's better than any other state with regards to the fact that a sitting governor doesn't have to worry about campaigning and raising money for the next election while in office.

for your next state comparison my vote is for Michigan and the upper peninsula. Itβs a fascinating area. If anything itβs worth it to learn about the ice beard surfers of the upper peninsula.

Marylandβs state flag does rock! I do like Virginiaβs gubernatorial laws, but I wish it would be changed to just one term limit period and not consecutive terms ban. Term limits are something I wish more of the public would push for regardless of political ideology.

Michigan and Ohio ftw Minor nitpick, incumbent Virginia governors aren't allowed to seek re-election. If Youngkin wants to do another term, he will have to wait until 2029.
