Loving the look of it, low opacity is going to be a problem though, believe me. You'll come to curse yourself for it, trust me xD Then again, I'd say just try it out and see how it works. Maybe it will work for you.

Yea, won't really know until we see the final product with this method. Perhaps duplicate the layer so it will help reduce the transparency and make it easier to color.

I can't see the difference. Could you do a side-by-side comparison? I feel a little bad being unable to tell right away, but I really can't. It does look good tho

On the one hand, it'll be a paint to color and fill on. Yet on the other, it does feel more organic... Hrmmm. Only a fully colored page will decide for sure, right?
